We're located at 45 Main Street in the center of downtown Florence, just minutes from Northampton, Easthampton and a short drive from Springfield and the Hilltowns.

You may stop in during our Low Income Clinics (Monday 4-8 pm and Wednesday 9 am- 12 noon). No appointment necessary during these times.
